Petal & Stem FAQ's
Floral Arches are a premium piece that require custom design and on-site set-up. For this reason, arches are a part of our full-service wedding menu.
2. What if Ineed Set-up and removal at the end of the event?
If you require these extra services, we can prepare a quote for you when you place your flower order.
3. Can I pick up my florals myself?
No, we require delivery by one of our team so that we can ensure the quality of your blooms.
4. Can I select the vase for my florals?
In order to maintain a streamlined process, all arrangements will be designed in a neutral vessel. All arrangements and vases are yours to keep for you and your guests to enjoy! You may have a choice between two different vessels if stock allows.
5. How far ahead of my event should I place my order?
We prefer orders to be placed a minimum of 8 weeks ahead of your event. The sooner the better! This allows us to source the highest quality blooms in the color palette of your choice.
6. What can I expect when I place an order?
Once you click the "order now" button, you will be taken to a contact page that will allow you to choose the pieces you want plus select a color palette, or choose "custom" and fill in what you would like. We will then send you a proposal and mood board from that submission. Once you have paid your invoice, We will reserve the date and time of your event for delivery. That's it! Leave the rest to us.
7. Can I change my order?
Yes, we know that flexibility is important. We will be as flexible as possible and be very transparent if we have difficulties sourcing your desired blooms.
8, Can I communicate with you prior to ordering?
Absolutely! Please click the "Inquire Here" button and ask us all the questions! One of our team will reach out to answer any questions or provide guidance prior to ordering.
Bud Vases are perfect for cocktail tables, bar set-ups or grouped with our Petite Centerpiece for reception tables. Each vase is white ceramic and comes in various sizes with a minimum of 3 premium blooms. Bud vases are available in one of our color palettes or a custom palette to match your event. $25 each
